Digital Products (Antivirus License Keys)

All sales of antivirus license keys on AntivirusIndia.in are considered final. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or replacements once a license key has been sold.

Exceptions: A full refund will only be issued in the rare event that a customer is unable to receive their purchased digital license key.

Customer Responsibility: We urge all customers to verify their system’s compatibility and configuration with the chosen antivirus product before making a purchase. We are not responsible for system-related issues on the customer’s end that prevent the successful installation or use of the license key.

Physical Products (Mobile Accessories)

All sales of physical products, such as mobile accessories, are also considered final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for these items, except under the following conditions:

Delivery Issues: A full refund will be issued if a product is not delivered to the customer and is returned to our warehouse.

Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video (in a single shot with no pauses or edits) as proof. This video must clearly show the damaged item. Claims for damaged products will only be considered after a thorough verification of the video. This policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
